Fill out an application and send it to us. Send an updated application every six months to keep it active. When a unit becomes available, we review applications and select applicants to interview, usually in your home. If selected, you'll be notified and can view the unit.

We have one wheelchair-accessible unit. It has been occupied by the same member for many years, and we're not currently accepting applications for it.

The cost of Greenway's shares is $3,000.

Greenway does not provide these, but there are hook-ups for them. You must carry insurance coverage for these items.

A limited number of units may receive a rental subsidy through the federal FCHI-2 Rental Assistance Program, administered by our bookkeepers. If you qualify, you pay a portion of your housing charge based on income, and the subsidy covers part of the rest. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Everyone is welcome. We welcome applications from people of every background, identity, ability, age, family type, faith and culture, and we're committed to keeping Greenway a safe and inclusive community for all.

Members are permitted a maximum of two four-legged animals per unit, one of which may be an apartment-size dog not exceeding 25 lbs. Exotic pets are not permitted. Cats must be indoor only. All pets must be vaccinated, and spayed or neutered, with proof provided prior to move-in.
